The Steering Committee is looking for tutorials on Accellera standards, IEEE standard languages and methodologies, or practical applications of those standards, methodologies using EDA tools, etc. Topics recommended are, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Verification and Validation
  • Design and Verification Reuse / Automation
  • Machine Learning, LLM, Agentic AI and Big Data
  • Low-Power Design and Verification
  • Safety-Critical / Security-Critical Design and Verification
  • Mixed-Signal Design and Verification

 

Tutorial Submission Guidelines

 

DVCon Japan has adopted the following process to reduce the amount of time and effort required to prepare a tutorial submission.

  • Please submit with a title and an abstract of about 100-200 words.
  • As with DVCon in other regions, company logos and other content may only be included on the title slide of tutorial presentations.
  • Please use the provided templates for presentation materials.
  • Please prepare presentation materials in English if possible, even if you are giving a presentation in Japanese.

April 21, 2026 ・・・ Tutorial Submission starts
June 30, 2026 ・・・ Tutorial Submission due date
July 21, 2026 ・・・ Notification of acceptance or denial
August 21, 2026 ・・・ Final due of Tutorial slides
August 21, 2026 ・・・ Due for presenter's name as well as copyright form
September 10, 2026 ・・・ DVCon Japan 2026
